To be able to honor and fulfill all commitments undertaken Articon realities that a well educated and motivated work force in all sections of the company is needed. Articon has today around 300 people employed. These are all competent persons able to undertake all projects within the building and construction industry as well as maritime out fitting and carpentry.

Articon has an in-house staff of engineers, building constructors, technicians and economists trained in  planning , conducting and master minding the various projects expertly.

On the building site we have the entire work force of machine and truck operators, blowing masters, earth and sewer experts, concrete mixers, carpenters,  brick layers, painters etc., all needed to achieve good and satisfactory results.

Our projects and daily operations are managed by smaller task teams depending on the nature and scale of the contract.

Articon takes great care in an on going training and education of the work force combined with good, healthy and attractive working conditions.
