ARTICON is proud of inviting to co-operation and partnership within all fields in the construction and building industy both as Contractor as well as a sub contractor. In addition to our expertise we have excellent relations with other scilled faroese and foreign sub contractors.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

ARTICON has implemented a QUALITY ASSURANCE MANUAL in the daily conduction of operations and projects. An ISO certification is immiment although ARTICON already has met the majority of the ISO specifications.

PARTNERING

Parterning is a rather new and modern way of co-operation within the faroese building industry. In Partnering the building owner, consultants and the contractor participates throughout all stages from ideas on the drawing board until completion of the project, together creating the best and most cost effective solutions. Articon has had good results in undertaking Parterning projects.

In Partnering operations the project is run by a team with representatives from the building owner, the consultants and the contractor. The team has the over all responsibility for the project whilst the daily running is taken care of by a team addressing issues like workmanship, quality, time and the cost frames, etc. In such kind of operations trust and openess are key words.

To have a successfull partnership you have to define a clear direction and aim of the project, a prevailing good co-operation amongst the parties involved, satisfactory financial frame work and a clear definition and agreement of the responsibilites.
